My 2019 Awesome Marketing Planner System is designed for small business owners like you, who are building a business while dealing with whatever life throws at them. I created it because running a business isn't as straightforward as they tell you in the books. Lots of people I work with are trying to grow their business while raising a family, dealing with caring responsibilities, holding down jobs or working around health issues. That's why I created this system. Bought the planner for the first time this year. Started with targets and vision board. Had a home-based business making celebration cakes alongside a full time job (and mum of 4) beginning of the year was looking at 8-10 sales a month, averaging at about £300-500.
In September I got the Keys to my new Bakery and Cafe and have been steadily taking nearly £6000 a month. I would never have done it if i wasn't holding myself accountable EVERY day.

The Monthly Bundles
This is where you will put your monthly targets (I'll help you set them), your monthly marketing focus (I'll help you do that too) and the three things you want to try that month, to see if they work.
You have a section for the most important tasks you need to get done that month, to move your business forward AND a section for things you want to learn that month, to help you build your business.
Then we have a monthly challenge. As you can see, January is DECLUTTERING and I have loads of suggestions and a checklist for you in the online training section.
Finally we have reminders from me to make sure you do the important things like update your targets, schedule your social media and keep up-to-date with the money stuff. I help you all the way. You can do this.
In the front of the Planner book there is a section called MAGIC, which is where all the marketing lessons live. I've included lessons and help on business vision and targets, marketing planning, Super Customers, sales funnels using my Sales Train method, content ideas for blogs, website planning, social media planning and e-newsletter planning.

I love my Planner! This year it has helped me exceed the targets and goals that I had planned in Jan, which I thought were quite ambitious! I met my whole years sales target by June, I've got 6 out of 7 classes fully booked with waiting lists, I've been on 4 holidays abroad with my husband and love doing videos! (I never thought I would say that)! The Weekly Calendar and Planning Pages
There's a section for each day with space to write appointments or things-to-do. I've included the big international calendar events and holidays and I've also added in at least 2 marketing prompts each week to keep you thinking about your marketing.
You also get a reminder to keep hydrated because I know when you're busy, you forget to look after yourself (more about that later) so I've given you water glasses (or coffee cups) to colour in as you gulp, and remind you to stay hydrated.
There's an inspiring quote from an awesome woman, a 'number one thing I absolutely must get done this week' box, a space for notes, a mini-calendar and a SOCIAL MEDIA TRACKER! Oh yeah! I actually didn't start using my planner until October as it got misplaced in a house move but once I did, the social media topic schedule kept me on track posting consistently daily. I've already planned my posts to the end of the year! Its also helped me keep track of my orders, followers etc so I can see the increase in numbers month on month!
